健康危害: 本品为高毒有机磷杀虫剂,抑制胆碱酯酶活性。轻度中毒表现有头痛、头晕、多汗、流涎、视力模糊、乏力、恶心、呕吐和胸闷;中度中毒以肌束震颤为特征,出现瞳孔缩小、呼吸困难、大汗、腹痛、神志模糊等症状;重度中毒出现昏迷、惊厥、肺水肿、呼吸抑制和脑水肿等。
环境危害: 对环境有危害。

皮肤接触: 脱去污染的衣物,用肥皂水及清水彻底冲洗。就医。
眼睛接触: 拉开眼睑,用流动清水冲洗15分钟。就医。

应急处理: 疏散泄漏污染区人员至安全区,禁止无关人员进入污染区,建议应急处理人员戴自给式呼吸器,穿化学防护服。不要直接接触泄漏物,喷雾状水,减少蒸发。用砂土或其它不燃性吸附剂混合吸收,收集于一个密闭的容器中,运至废物处理场所。也可以用不燃性分散剂制成的乳液刷洗,经稀释的洗水放入废水系统。如大量泄漏,利用围堤收容,然后收集、转移、回收或无害处理后废弃。
