合成制备方法


一般用黑曲霉或李氏木霉进行培养,再将发酵液用盐析法使之沉淀并精制而成。由此所制得的商品中除纤维素酶外,尚含有纤维素酶、果胶酶、蛋白酶、脂酶、木聚糖酶、纤维二糖酶和淀粉葡糖苷酶。以绿色木酶菌种为原料,发酵后硫酸铵分级沉淀、精制得产品。

用途


1、酶制剂。2、主要用于谷类、豆类等植物性食品的软化、脱皮;3、用于降低咖啡提物的粘度,最高允许用量为100mg/kg4、用于酿造原料的预处理;5、用于脱脂大豆粉和分离大豆蛋白制造中的抽提;6、用于淀粉、琼脂和海藻类食品的制造;7、消除果汁、葡萄酒、啤酒等中由纤维类所引起的混浊;绿茶、红茶等的速溶化等。用于生化研究、植物细胞杂交研究,用以催化水解纤维素分子为低聚纤维素和酶,医药上常用作消化酶。
