制备方法


1.将446 kg锡(99.5%),320 kg苛性钠(90%),105 硝酸钠(95%)依次加入反应锅中,加热至300 ℃,当温度升至800 ℃时停止加热。继续搅拌待物料发火,经0.5 h的发火后,再冷却出锅。将粗品加水溶解,加硫化钠除铅,加过氧化氢除铁。常常后进行真空过滤,浓缩,离心脱水,干燥,粉碎得成品。反应式为:

1. 本品是碱性镀锡的主盐,它与氢氧化钠组成的络盐,溶解在镀锡溶液中,当溶液通电时,锡包含在阴络离子中,直接在阳极上还原碱性镀锡溶液。一般用量在75~90 kg/L,还可用于氰化物镀铜锡合金和焦磷酸盐,锡酸盐,铜锡合金的电镀辅助主盐。本品在印染行业作媒染剂,沉淀色素及陶瓷、玻璃和防火织物。
