制备方法


由于PVPP的高分子量和交联结构,不溶于水但遇水能迅速将水引入,促使其网络结构膨胀产生崩解作用,所以PVPP是医药上广泛应用的片剂崩解剂。又因为分子具有酰胺键及吸附多酚分子上的氢氧基从而形成氢键,可以吸附多酚,提高酒体的非生物稳定性。因此,可用作啤酒、果酒、饮料酒的稳定剂,延长其货架寿命达三百天,并改善其透明度、色泽和味道。另外被广泛用作悬浮稳定剂,药物成分络合剂,植物性药物中单宁及多酚物质的络合剂。该产品有一次性和再生性两种规格,一次性PVPP适合中小企业使用;再生性PVPP需购置专用过滤设备,但PVPP可回收利用,适合大型啤酒厂使用。
