生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


1.将碳酸锶洗涤除去SO42- 后,加入水中。加入盐酸溶解,过量的盐酸用碳酸锶中和,再加入过氧化氢,将溶液加热,将析出氢氧化铁沉淀。过滤后,在滤液中加入盐酸。在水浴上蒸发、冷却结晶、吸滤出结晶,用少量水洗涤,即得纯品氯化锶。 2.分析纯氯化锶溶解于等量电导水中,过滤后,将滤液加热蒸发至相对密度为1.39,静置过夜,沉淀经吸滤后再溶解于电导水中,过滤后,在滤液中通入氯化氢气体1~1.5h,结晶经吸滤后干燥,可得光谱纯试剂,内含极少量Na+ <0.005% ,若不符合要求,可再通氯化氢气体除去。( 母液可回收制取普通试剂氯化锶) 。整个 过 程 要 求 所 用 容 器 洁 净、防尘。
