制备方法


将1000g水合的钨酸钠溶解在2000mL水中。向这个溶液中加入75g水玻璃溶液(比重1.375)。用马达搅拌器猛烈地搅拌溶液并加热至沸腾,同时用分液漏斗向溶液中逐滴地加入600mL浓盐酸(比重1.18)。这个操作约用90min。将产生的少量硅酸沉淀滤出,并令混合物冷却。再加入另外400mL浓盐酸,并再使溶液冷却。用略过量的乙醚萃取,所用的乙醚已预先用稀氢氧化钠溶液洗涤过 。将乙醚复合物放入一只抽滤瓶中,在此混合物中抽入洗过的空气来迅速地将乙醚吹除,在此同时将混合物放在热水锅上加热。继续这个操作直到液面的边缘上有晶体出现。然后将溶液放置使之进行缓慢地结晶,或将溶液蒸发干。将复合物再溶解在水中并再蒸发干。继续重复这个操作直到产物不再有挥发酸的气味。当已充分干燥时,在研缽中将酸磨细,并在70℃干燥至恒重。这个产物约含7个分子结晶水。它稳定并不潮解。
