制备方法


富集法以氯化稀土或稀土硫酸铵复盐为原料,提取部分铈后,镧得到相对富集。如以独居石为原料,天然独居石内混合稀土中镧占17%左右,通过以上工艺,镧富集至40%左右。 将稀土硫酸铵复盐用氢氧化钠溶解,经空气氧化其中铈,用稀盐酸浸出,分离得富铈渣,进一步提取铈。滤液为富镧母液,再经萃取分离除铈后,经结晶得富集氯化镧。
