生产制备方法及用途展开↓

合成制备方法


在150℃下空气或氧气中氧化金属铼制取。

1.将装有约1g七氧化二铼的反应管从制备七氧化二铼的装置上取下来。将4mL的无水二氧六环(加入金属钠后进行蒸馏而被干燥的)倾在样品上,这个操作要快以免吸收水汽。然后缓慢地将反应管加热使氧化物溶解成无色的溶液。避免局部过热,否则会产生有色的溶液与不纯的产物。将此清亮的溶液放在冰浴中并使之冻结。将冻结物加热至室温,七氧化二铼二氧六环络合物以亮灰色的沉积物结晶出来,而过量的二氧六环则熔化了。冻结与熔化步骤至少需重复一次以保证络合物的良好分离。无色的澄清液中仅含有极微量的铼,用倾泻法将母液分离。室温下,将此络合物放在一只装有浓硫酸的真空干燥器中干燥。

将干燥后的络合物迅速地移入一只坩埚中,在电热板上缓慢地加热,首先熔化成无色至蓝绿色的液体,继续加热时它便分解成红色的三氧化铼和不含铼的挥发物。反应在数分钟内即完成。产物是化学纯的。产率约为95%,由于络合物在二氧六环中有一些溶解度而造成一些损耗。

2.将制备七氧化二铼的装置作如下的修改,即在图的装置中在反应管与装置的其余部分之间加一段长2~3mm,直径为1mm的毛细管。将1/10至1g的金属铼转化成七氧化二铼,然后利用升华将它提纯。熔封反应管顶部所有不挥发的残留物并将它拉下来。将反应管从水平位置弯成垂直位置,如图所示。

将系统抽空并充入100kPa的一氧化碳气。将装有七氧化二铼的管子放在甘油浴中慢慢地加热至175℃,并保持这个温度直到氧化物变为蓝色。然后将温度缓慢地升高到225℃,并在制品变为红色后,将温度升高到280℃。全部加热过程应不少于2至3h。红色的产物是纯的ReO3。产率是定量的。
