制备方法


2,4-二氯-5-氟苯乙酮和碳酸二乙酯缩合,再和原甲酸三乙酯缩合,然后和2,4-二氟苯胺缩合。接着在氢化钠作用下,在乙二醇二甲醚中回流环合。水解后和2-甲基哌嗪缩合得产物。
