生产制备方法及用途展开↓

合成制备方法


1.一般用霉菌在含有豆粕、苹果渣、蔗糖等的固体培养基中培养,深层保温通风发酵,然后用水浸提,再用有机溶剂使之沉淀,再分离、干燥、粉碎而得。

黑曲霉由母株诱变所得的突变株,保存于土豆葡萄糖斜面培养基上。培养基在pH=4.7~4.8和28~30℃下通风搅拌培养36~44h,菌体镜检粗状呈网络状,即可转入发酵罐。发酵罐装培养基,杀菌后,冷却到28~30℃,接入种子,在0.08~0.12MPa压力下,通风、搅拌发酵55h。将发酵液压滤,超滤浓缩,加入酒精沉淀,干燥,粉碎可得果胶酶。

以黑曲霉变异菌株经发酵制得。

2.溶组织梭杆菌ATCC21000制取法

用途


1.可用作酶制剂。主要用于果汁澄清,提高果汁过滤速度,提高果汁得率,降低果汁黏度,防止果泥和浓缩果汁的凝胶化,加强葡萄汁的颜色以及果蔬下脚料的综合利用等方面。

2.糖化酶可催化水解淀粉生产啤酒、黄酒、酱味精和抗生素;也用于葡萄糖、饴糖和糊精等的生浆的生产。

3.消炎酶制剂。局部外用于烧伤,尤其是大面积及Ⅱ~Ⅲ度烧伤的清创、脱痂和减少疤痕增生、慢性溃疡、褥疮等,尚可用于治疗溃疡、脓疮、腰椎间盘突出、牙齿移植术及冷冻切除术。
