生产制备方法及用途展开↓

合成制备方法


由甘油与精制环氧丙烷在氢氧化钾催化下,在温度90~95℃、0.4~0.5MPa压力下进行聚合。然后降温至60~70℃,将物料压人中和釜,在搅拌下加水使过剩的氢氧化钾中和后在60~70℃下加磷酸中和至pH为6~7,然后缓慢升温至110~120℃,真空脱水并过滤而成。

精制方法:水分利用减压蒸馏除去。不饱和化合物可用稀酸分解除去。

用途


消用作植物油、树脂、石蜡、切削油、清漆、印刷油墨、润滑油、化妆品等的溶剂。也用于制备醇酸树脂、乳化剂、破乳剂和增塑剂等。
