制备方法


转窑煅烧法生石膏经粉碎至l~3 mm后加入间接加热的转窑中煅烧15 min,物料最终温度为140~150℃(煅烧医用石膏为115~125℃)。熟料粉碎,经筛选制得半水硫酸钙。 加压法生石膏经粉碎成15~20rnm后加到高压釜内,在加压,温度约120℃条件下蒸煮约7h,然后在120~220℃干燥,再经粉碎、筛分,制得α-半水硫酸钙
