将高纯Yb2O3溶于稀盐酸中,向该溶液中加入比反应计量稍多的稀硫酸,然后向此溶液中加入大量的95%的乙醇,即可沉淀出八水合硫酸镱的结晶,滤出沉淀并用95%的乙醇洗涤至无氯离子和游离酸,在空气中凉干。
