制备方法


1.共熔法以锆英石、纯碱、硫酸为原料制备硫酸锆:将锆英石精矿粉碎后和碳酸钠按比例混合,投入焙烧炉中,于1100~1200 ℃反应生成锆酸钠和硅酸钠,经焙烧的熟料用60 ℃温水洗涤,洗去过量的碱,过滤,于80~100 ℃温度下用硫酸酸溶滤饼,然后经蒸发、浓缩或补加浓硫酸、结晶、过滤分离,于180 ℃下干燥脱水制得。
