制备方法


能与Hedgehog信号通路中的Smoothened(Smo)蛋白结合,从而抑制该蛋白活性。因其致畸作用而于20世纪60年代被发现,但九十年代以后的研究表明,环巴胺是一种hedgehog信号通路抑制剂,已经在在果蝇体中得到证实,由于hedgehog信号通路的突变与多种肿瘤的发病有关联,最近研究发现,环巴胺在成体中具有抗肿瘤作用,且在胰腺癌、胆管癌、卵巢癌、肝癌等的体内或体外实验中均得到证实,但关于其在胃癌细胞中的研究,国内尚未见相关报道。目前环巴胺作为一种潜在的抗肿瘤新药在世界范围内掀起了研究热潮。
