合成制备方法


工艺过程按下列步骤进行:(1)α-氯代乙酰乙酰苯胺的合成(氯化)将乙酰乙酰苯胺和甲苯加入反应器,搅拌下在20℃左右滴加氯化硫酰,控制反应温度在25-30℃,半小时滴加完毕,继续保温反应2.5h,即α-氯代乙酰乙酰苯胺的甲苯悬浮液。(2)拌种灵合成(缩合):将第一步得到的甲苯悬浮液,加入硫脲和水,升温至回流,反应半小时。反应毕,静置分层,上层为甲苯层,可继续循环套用,下层为拌种灵盐酸盐水溶液。分出水层,并加水稀释,搅拌下加氨水中和至pH8过滤生成的沉淀用水洗至近中性,烘干得白色粉末状产品,含量约96%。对乙酰乙酰苯胺的收率约8%。原料消耗定额:乙酰乙酰苯胺(>98)880kg/t、氯化硫酰(100%)700kg/t、硫脲(>95%)410kg/t、氨水(25%)520kg/t。

用途


内吸性杀菌剂,兼有植物激素的作用。 以0.25%浸种防治红麻炭疽病,连续两年防治效果高达100%,拌种效果也在98%以上;防治禾谷类黑穗病、棉花角斑病效果相当于赛力散和两力生。对水稻白叶枯病及花生锈病也有防治效果。该品主要使用途径为拌种或浸种,一般使用量为种子重量的0.3-0.5%。
