生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


将大红色基RC(间硝基邻甲氧基苯胺),溶于盐酸水溶液中,降温到0-5℃,加入亚硝钠溶液进行重氮化,用尿素破坏过量的亚硝酸,备用;另将色酚AS-BS溶于氢氧化钠水溶液中,加入上述的重氮盐,在弱酸性介质中进行偶合反应,加热升温至90℃,过滤,水洗,干燥。

用途简介


该颜料品种呈暗蓝光红色,与C.I.颜料红146相比稍黄光更暗,耐光牢度仅为3级,耐颜料红146为5级。商品粒径小,呈透明型,粘度较高,耐溶剂性能较差导致在包装印墨中出现结晶现象。可用于织物印花,NC-型及水性印墨,亦可用于涂料着色,只是耐罩漆性能稍差。投放市场的商品牌号达28种之多。
