合成制备方法


将2,2-二甲基-4-(对羟基苯基)-7-甲氧基-3-苯基色烯溶于250ml四氢呋喃,加入钯-碳催化剂反应,得到的物质用苯-石油醚(30~60℃)重结晶,得顺2,2-二甲基-4-(对羟基苯基)-7-甲氧基-3-苯基色满。将得到的色满衍生物和氢氧化钠水溶液加到异丙醇中,搅拌,加入N-(2-氯乙基)吡咯烷盐酸盐,搅拌,经处理碱化后,得顺式森可曼。将顺式森可曼和无水二甲亚砜混合,加入正丁基锂的己烷溶液,进行反应,经处理可得反式森
可曼。

用途


非甾体结构的女用口服避孕药。
