1.将1 mol聚乙二醇400投入反应釜中,加热熔融,开搅拌,加入催化剂量的硫酸和2 mol硬脂酸。升温,在0.6 kPa下回流6 h左右,放料到中和釜,中和至酸值9~10mgKOH/g,中和完毕。放掉废碱水,加适量的双氧水脱色,趁热搅拌成型,干燥后包装即为成品 2.由聚乙二醇(400)与硬脂酸进行酯化反应而制得。
