1.将酒石酸溶于水,一部分溶液加入十水合碳酸钠中和,经过滤,将滤液加入剩余部分酒石酸溶液中,抽滤析出结晶,于室温下干燥,即得酒石酸氢钠。 2.由酒石酸与氢氧化钠或碳酸钠作用而制得。反应式为:
