制备方法


由间硝基苯胺重氮化后,与水杨酸偶合,经盐析、过滤及干燥制得本品。该品外观为黄色均匀粉末,色光与标准品近似,强度为标准100±3(分),不溶于水的杂质含量≤1%,水分含量≤5%,细度(通过80目的筛余物含量)≤5%,在羊毛织物上染色的坚牢度合标准品(日晒6-7级,皂洗3-4级,碳化4-5级,汗渍5级,煮呢3-4级,熨烫5级)。原料消耗(kg/t)间硝基苯胺 305水杨酸310
