生产制备方法及用途展开↓

合成制备方法


1.将3.4g ZnCl2溶于290mL水中制得的溶液加入至1L含有1mol磷酸和0.5mol吡啶的210mL吡啶磷酸溶液中,在水浴上加热4h,体系中的沉淀转化为晶体。

2.ZnSO4·7H2O 5.8g溶于100mL水所得溶液与2.5g Na2HPO4加热至沸腾搅拌,即得结晶四水磷酸锌沉淀。

3.将100g 69%的H3PO4溶液在沸腾情况下(121℃)与ZnO(约42g)发生中和反应,注意补充挥发的水。溶液冷却至室温,然后放置于冰浴中。剧烈搅拌下加入10倍体积的冰水,过滤,滤液滤入放于蒸汽浴上的瓷盘中,搅拌。过一会儿,透明的片状四水磷酸锌析出,抽滤,用沸水洗涤,干燥,得16g产品。

4.氧化锌法 将稀释的15%磷酸溶液加入反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入含量约20%的氧化锌浆液进行反应生成磷酸锌,保温在30℃以下,加入二水磷酸锌晶种,在pH值为3的条件下加热至80℃,经过滤、热水洗涤、粉碎,最后在120℃下干燥即得成品。反应式如下:

5.直接法 在盛有20%磷酸溶液的反应器中加入20%的氧化锌浆状溶液,在搅拌下调节pH值至2.0,加入晶种,调pH=3,加热至80℃反应0.5h,过滤、洗涤分离,滤饼于120℃干燥得无水物。滤饼球磨得四水物。为了获得粒度微细、分散性好的产品,用表面活性剂首先对料浆进行改性,然后与磷酸在一定条件下反应制得。

用途


用作防锈涂料、水溶性涂料、醇酸涂料、酚醛涂料、环氧涂料、环氧及酚醛树脂胶黏剂等的防腐及阻燃性填充剂。也用作氯化橡胶、合成高分子材料的阻燃剂及牙科胶黏剂等。
