将金属镉和砷分别置于两个瓷舟中,放于石英玻璃管的两端。用干燥、纯净的氢气赶净石英管内的空气。让放置金属镉的一端石英管在电炉中加热,而放置砷的一端石英管直接用火焰加热,然后通入氢气,把砷蒸气送去与镉反应,就可制得砷化镉。
