生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


由二乙胺用二氧化硫成盐后与对苯二醌加成而得。将二乙胺、乙醇和水加入反应锅内,冷至0℃,通入二氧化硫至反应液pH=3.5-4为止,反应温度控制在10℃以下,得二乙胺亚硫酸盐溶液。然后,于0-10℃缓缓加入对苯二醌。加毕,减压回收乙醇,冷却结晶,过滤。结晶加蒸馏水加热溶解,用活性炭脱色精制,即得酚磺乙胺成品。
