生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


1.风条件下,将试剂六水氯化钴加到40-50的50%的亚硝酸溶液中 ( 工业品,过量) ,并分次少量加入 含量为50%的试剂醋酸。随后通入强空气流 30min,以带出生成的一氧化氮: 反应结束后,静置数小时,分出上层清液,沉淀进行吸滤,吸出的滤液应是透明的,然后并入上层清液。在不断搅拌下,将乙醇细流加到所得溶液中,静置结晶,吸滤后先用少量乙醇洗涤数次,再用乙醚洗涤数次,最后在低于80℃干燥。若要进一步提纯,可将结晶用1.5倍质量的冷水溶解,滤去少量不溶物,然后加入相同体积并含有1%~1.3%乙酸的乙醇析出结晶,结晶依次用乙醇和乙醚洗涤至合格,干燥后即得纯品。
