生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


1.将氢溴酸加到金属镉中,再加过量的溴水。 当金属镉大部分溶解后,滤去未溶的镉,所得滤液加热蒸发至接近饱和,在0oC冷却结晶,分离出的结晶用水进行重结晶,即为四水合溴化镉。在真空条件下干燥,则可得无水溴化镉。2.将金属镉置于石英舟中,放入充满干燥氮气的耐热玻璃管内。在450℃的温度下,用氮气通过一个盛有Br2的洗瓶,把Br2带到石英舟上与Cd进行溴化反应。要使3g金属镉完全反应掉,需约2h。如果想要提高反应温度来加快溴化反应是不可取的,因为反应温度提高会有金属镉及产品被蒸发掉。当产物出现持续亮黄色时,反应结束。把CdBr2在Br2气氛中蒸馏二次,然后使CdBr2熔化,用纯的CO2脱除过量的Br2,即可获得无水溴化镉。3.将CdBr2·4H2O(制备方法见CdBr2·4H2O制法)的晶体置于装有氢氧化钾的减压干燥器中干燥,即可得无水溴化镉。

合成制备方法

3.将CdBr2·4H2O(制备方法见CdBr2·4H2O制法)的晶体置于装有氢氧化钾的减压干燥器中干燥,即可得无水溴化镉。
