制备方法


按化学计量混合搅拌少量的氧化镧、硼和炭黑粉末(总共约1g)直至均匀,把反应物压成薄片[1in(1in=0 0254m)×1/2in×1/16in]。薄片装入1.5in高、直径1.7in的石墨坩埚中。后者又放入更大的石墨坩埚中(4in高、直径),通入氢气,在1500℃加热2h或在1800℃加热1h。
