合成制备方法


1.由唇形科植物留兰香(Mentha spicata;亦称普通留兰香)或小叶薄荷(Mentha cardiaca;亦称苏格兰留兰香)的新鲜茎、叶等地上植株经水蒸气蒸馏而得。必要时可进一步蒸馏精制。得率0.3%~0.7%。主要产于美国、德国和英国,我国江苏、浙江亦有大量生产。

用途


1.GB 2760—96规定为允许使用的食用香料。主要用于胶姆糖、硬糖、糕点和配制留兰香香精等。

2.主要用于牙膏、口腔用品、口香糖等香精中,亦是驱风剂的原料。留兰香油在牙膏香精中的应用配方列举如下。

1.主要成分L-香芹酮(约占50%~70%),二氢香芹醇、二氢香芹酮、L-苧烯、L-水芹烯、桉叶素、L-薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、L-石竹烯和萜品烯等。前苏联产的香芹酮含量甚低,而主要为桉叶素和芳樟醇。
