制备方法


以苯胺、H 酸、三聚氯氰为原料,首先将 H 酸与三聚氯氰缩合,然后将苯胺重氮化,与前述缩合产物偶合,经盐析、过滤、干燥得成品。。在溶解锅中加入水、H 酸及纯碱,搅拌使其溶解。在缩合锅中加水和三聚氯氰,搅拌加冰降温至 5℃,从溶解锅放入已溶解好的 H 酸溶液,同时加入冰和纯碱,维持 0-5℃,弱碱性,搅拌至反应完全。在重氮化锅中加入水和盐酸,搅拌下加入苯胺,加冰降温至 0℃,加入亚硝酸钠溶液,搅拌维持此温度至反应终点。偶合:将缩合锅中物料经布袋过滤器放入偶合锅中,开动搅拌于 0-2℃加入苯胺重氮盐溶液,同时加入纯碱溶液,以加速偶合反应,至反应完全时 pH 值为 6.8-7。盐析:往偶合锅加入食盐、尿素进行盐析,经过滤,滤饼放入捏合机中与无水磷酸氢二钠、无水磷酸氢二钾混合均匀。混合物于 85℃经真空干燥。再经粉碎,在拼混机中与元明粉拼混为成品。

用途简介


用于棉、丝、毛和人造丝等织物的染色

用途


活性艳红 X-3B 主要用于棉、黏胶纤维绞纱和织物的染色,亲和力中等,染物为蓝光红色,鲜艳度优良。易于水解,染浴一般用 30-40℃。可染单色,也可拼色,拼色时常用活性黄 X-6G、活性橙 X-GN 或活性艳橙 X-7R 等拼染各种红色,或者与活性金黄 X-G、活性蓝 X-R 组成三原色,拼染各种中、深色泽。一般不用于棉、黏胶纤维织物的印花,可用于丝绸的直接印花,涤/棉混纺布、针织布、棉、丝、毛和人造丝等织物的二浴法染色。
