制备方法

将间硝基苯甲酸乙酯在三甲基铝存在下与乙二胺反应,制得2-(3-硝基苯)咪唑啉,收率90%。然后还原成2-(3-氨基苯)咪唑啉,最后经光气化,缩合得到咪唑脲。

用途简介

该品为抗焦虫病药物,具有疗效高、毒性低、剂量小的特点。对严重感染的牛、羊、巴贝西焦虫病,用咪唑脲治疗,病情可迅速得到控制,治疗三个月后未见复发。该品对焦虫病也有预防作用。
