用途简介


用作品质改良剂;PH调解剂,金属离子螯合剂;粘结剂和膨胀剂。在豆类、果蔬罐头、豆沙馅料中能稳定天然色素,保护食品色泽;在肉类罐头中可使脂肪乳化,保持质地均匀;用于肉类罐头和肉制品可提高持水性,能防止脂肪变质。加入啤酒中,能澄清酒液,防止混浊。是优良的水质无沉淀的软水剂。
