生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


方法1:同样以长春碱为原料,在常压下和无水肼反应生成肼化物,经二氯甲烷萃取后得干燥品。溶于THF,加入盐酸,在0℃滴加亚硝酸丁酯,生成叠氮化合物,再加入三苯基膦的THF溶液。去除杂质后,用氨水中和,然后用二氯甲烷萃取,真空蒸干,用柱层析或高压液相分离即得长春地辛。方法2:长春碱在无水甲醇溶液中,加入无水液氨,于100℃和加压下。进行约60h的氨解水解。反应完毕后,真空蒸发至干,柱层析分离得到长春地辛。方法3:同样以长春碱为原料,在常压下,和无水肼反应后再还原得到长春地辛。
