制备方法


1.反应在20×0.8cm的厚壁硼硅酸玻璃管中进行。将反应管的一端封闭,在离封闭端约6cm处接出一根1.0cm的小封闭支管。将铟1.15g(0.01mol)及碘化汞2.3g(0.005mol)放入反应管中。抽真空至1.3~2Pa的压力,然后封闭。在马弗炉中加热至409℃ 30min。将反应管从炉中取出,注意一边倾斜,一边使游离的汞流入小的封闭支管中,与熔融的一碘化铟分离。为了彻底除汞,进一步将反应管的一碘化铟的部分在350℃加热约2h。其间,流入了汞的小封闭管保持在室温下。收量是定量的。因为最初的反应非常激烈,不作适当处理,而只顾增加反应量是危险的。 2.使过剩的金属铟与相应的三碘化铟在加热下进行反应,产物经真空蒸馏,即得一碘化铟。
