制备方法


国内硅灰石已开发利用的矿山皆为露天开采。机械化程度低。选矿方法随其产出特征和矿石类型的不同而有所不同,广泛应用的方法有手选、光电检选、磁选、浮选、电选、重选等。吉林省梨树县硅灰石采用浮选法,工艺流程如下:原矿→磨矿→方解石粗选→两次扫选→两次精选→方解石→精矿 两次扫选→石英三次浮选→硅灰石精矿

合成制备方法


我国硅灰石矿品位较高,只需进行简单筛选即可得到特级、一级、二级硅灰石矿块。硅灰石的加工主要是利用硅灰石矿块,采用各种磨矿和超细粉碎设备生产各种规格的硅灰石粉,或进行表面改性。

硅灰石粉的制备经拣选除去杂质的矿块送入颚式破碎机粗碎和中碎,然后进入雷蒙磨或其他干式磨矿设备进行磨矿,经过旋风分级获得200目、325目硅灰石普通粉。该普通粉再送入流化床式或其他类型的气流粉碎机中进行超细粉碎,以获得小于10μm超细硅灰石粉或针状硅灰石粉。

用途简介


硅灰石在涂料工业中可以作为体质颜料兼增量剂使用。因为它能增加白色涂料的明亮色调,并能长时间保持这种色调。硅灰石的针状结晶使它可以作为涂料良好的平安剂,并可以改善涂料的流平性。硅灰石的粒子形状使它可以作为涂料良好的悬浮剂,使色漆的沉淀柔软易于分散。可以在自清洁型涂料中作为增强剂。硅灰石粉碱性大,非常适用于聚醋酸乙烯涂料,使着色颜料色散均匀。硅灰石还具有改进金属漆防腐蚀能力。除用于水性涂料外,还可用于底漆、中间涂层、油性涂料、路标涂料等,在沥青涂料中可取代石棉。在乳胶漆中能部分取代钛白粉,同时不使白度和遮盖力下降。也可用于冶金、陶瓷、电焊条、塑料、橡胶等行业。

用途


1.主要用于陶瓷工业。由于硅灰石具有良好的电绝缘性质,且高抗冲击强度和外形稳定性兼备,这种特性使得硅灰石在精密陶瓷业、工艺陶瓷业得到了应用。在陶瓷原料中加入适量的硅灰石,可以大幅度地降低烧成温度,实现低温快速烧成,节约能源;在釉泥原料中,用硅灰石代替白色颜料,可增加釉的光泽,减少釉泥的黏度,大大地降低成本。硅灰石在陶瓷制品中,可以防止瓷器的破裂、微裂、破损和瓷釉缺陷。橡胶塑料中加入适量的硅灰石可以改进聚合物的性质。此外,硅灰石在金属铸模涂料、喷吹精炼钢水、耐火砖、耐火绝缘器、陶瓷绝缘泡沫等冶金领域的应用日趋广泛。如果硅灰石形成不导电的结晶,会具有很高的绝缘率,则可以用于高质量的电力设备中。

2.硅灰石可用作橡胶、塑料及涂料的填充剂,广泛用于陶瓷、冶金、建筑、机械、电子、焊接、造纸、农业和汽车工业等部门。
