生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


1.由环氧乙烷与甲醇反应而得。将甲醇加入三氟化硼乙醚络合物中,在搅拌下于25-30℃通入环氧乙烷,通完后温度自动升至38-45℃,将所得反应液用氢氰化钾-甲醇溶液中和至pH=8-9。回收甲醇,蒸馏,收集130℃以前的馏分即得粗品。再进行分馏,收集123-125℃馏分即为成品。工业生产中,将环氧乙烷与无水甲醇在高温高压下反应,不需催化剂,可得高收率的产品。 2.其制备方法是将甲醇加入三氟化硼乙醚配合物中,在搅拌下于25~300℃通入环氧乙烷,通完后温度自动升到38~45℃,所得反应液用氢氧化钾甲醇溶液中和到pH=8~9,回收甲醇,蒸馏,再经分馏得产品。精制方法:易含杂质有水、二甘醇一甲醚(甲基卡必醇)和微量的酸、醛等。实验室的精制方法是用无水碳酸钠干燥后分馏。若有过氧化物存在,可加氯化亚锡回流或将其通过活性氧化铝柱除去。脂肪族酮可加2,4-二硝基苯肼除去。也可用碳酸钾、硫酸钙、硫酸镁或硅胶作干燥剂。3.将含量95%的三级纯乙二醇单甲醚与无水碳酸钠一起振荡,除去无机酸或有机酸杂质,再用无水硫酸钙干燥后蒸馏。

用途


1.本品主要用作油脂、硝化纤维素、合成树脂、醇溶性染料和乙基纤维素的溶剂;涂料工业用作清漆快干剂和涂层稀释剂;印染工业用作渗透剂和匀染剂;燃料工业用作添加剂;纺织工业用于染色助剂以及可作为有机合成中间体。二乙二醇单甲醚主要用作油墨、染料、树脂、纤维素及涂料的高沸点溶剂,加入涂料中能使之易于流动、涂刷和流平,可用作烃的萃取剂,有机合成工业中用于制备酯类衍生物的中间体,以及分析化学中用作化学试剂等。多乙二醇单甲醚可用作刹车液等。

2.用作醇中可溶的染料、油墨、可的松等的溶剂和农药分散剂、皮革处理剂、增塑剂等。

3.广泛用作硝基纤维漆、清漆、瓷漆等涂料的溶剂和稀释剂;胶黏剂的非活性稀释剂;各种油脂类、木质素、硝基纤维素、乙酸纤维素、醇溶性染料、油墨和合成树脂的溶剂以及农药的分散剂、皮革处理剂、增塑剂、光亮剂和有机合成中间体等。

操作注意事项:
