生产制备方法及用途展开↓

合成制备方法


1.由油酸钠与硝酸铅作用而得。将硝酸铅晶体溶于水,过滤后加入衬不锈钢的反应器,加热,使硝酸铅溶液升温至85-90℃。在搅拌下,将油酸钠溶液缓缓滴加入反应器,反应温度保持85-90℃。反应过程中,适当喷洒水抑制皂类产生的泡沫。反应毕,离心分离,用热水洗去硝酸盐,将沉淀物在85-90℃干燥,冷却后研磨成标准规定的粒度(95%以上通过200目)。每吨产品消耗油酸钠800kg,硝酸铅450kg。

用途


用于制备清漆、极压润滑油、纤维防水浸润剂和医疗用软膏等
