调味剂;酸味剂;缓冲剂。主要用于火腿、香肠、水产品、调味液等,一般用量为0.01%~0.05%。作为调味品使用,一般用粉状的无水物,以加速溶解。

用途


琥珀酸二钠溶解性好,渗透性强,主要用作调味剂,在具有调味效果的同时还能缓和其他调味料的刺激,提高调味效果。我国规定可用于调味料,最大使用量为200g/kg。调味剂;酸味剂;缓冲剂。主要用于火腿、香肠、水产品、调味液等。一般用量为0.01%~0.05%。作为调味品使用,一般用粉状的无水物,以加速溶解。
