主要分两条路线。 ①在碘化钾的存在下,氯代癸烷与甲胺反应,先制得双癸基甲基叔胺,再将双癸基甲基叔胺放在压力内,在水和异丙醇介质中,加热加压下同氯甲烷反应,制得氯化双癸基二甲基铵产品。反应式如下: ②在催化剂的存在下,由正癸醇与氢气和甲胺混合气体进行胺化反应,先制得双癸基甲基叔胺。再在压力釜中加入双癸基甲基叔胺、少量碳酸钠和适量异丙醇,用氮气置换空气后,升温至80~90℃,通入氯甲烷,压力0.3~0.5MPa,反应3~4h即得氯化双癸基二甲基铵产品。反应式如下:

广泛用于油田杀菌、医药卫生、工业循环水杀菌灭藻、油田钻井等方面,其杀菌效果优于目前使用的最广的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。

用途


氯化双癸基二甲基铵(DDAC)是一种毛织品的防蛀剂,能控制昆虫病害,在医药卫生和民用等方面用作消毒剂和杀菌剂。DDAC是季铵盐杀菌剂的第三代产品之一,其对微生物的杀灭能力明显高于第一、二代产品。可用于油田注水和工业循环冷却水系统作杀菌剂和杀菌灭藻剂。用作毛织品防蛀时,可用填充、浸渍或喷雾法;用作杀菌剂处理硬表面时,可与二氧化氯复配使用。
