生产制备方法及用途展开↓

制备方法


由1-氨基蒽醌经重氮化反应,二氧化硫还原,得到1-蒽醌肼,再进行分子内脱水闭环反应,生成吡唑蒽酮;两个分子吡唑蒽酮在苛性碱乙醇中进行加热生成吡唑蒽酮黄,用对甲苯磺酸乙酯进行二乙基化反应,得C.I.还原红13,经过颜料化处理得C.I.颜料红195。

用途简介


该颜料品种为吡唑蒽酮还原染料类型的红色颜料,给出蓝光红色,具有优良的耐光、耐气候牢度与耐热稳定性能,主要应用于涂料与塑料着色。
