制备方法


由对羟基苯甲酸与异丁醇酯化而得。酯化反应在硫酸存在下进行,以苯或甲苯为溶剂,加热回流反应,得到对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯。按《日本食品添加物公定书》规定,产品纯度应在99%以上。该品毒性较小,鼠口服LD50为8.38g/kg。 由对羟基苯甲酸与异丁醇在硫酸存在下,用苯或甲苯之类的共沸溶剂,加热回流而得。

合成制备方法

防腐剂;防霉剂。 很少单用,常与异丙酯、丁酯等混合,作为水包油型乳化剂使用。比单纯丁酯的溶解度增加2~3倍。易用于酱油。 与对羟基苯甲酸丁酯一样,可用作食品的保存剂、防霉剂。目前日本允许使用的对羟基苯甲酸酯类,有乙酯、丙酯、异丙酯、丁酯、异丁酯和另丁酯等6种,其中以丁酯的抗菌作用最强。一般来说,构成酯的醇的碳原子数越大,抗菌作用越强,而毒性相反,碳原子数越小,毒性越大。该品对各种霉菌、酵母都有抑制或杀灭作用,而且不太受pH的影响。限用于酱油、醋、清凉饮料、果子露、水果沙司、水果及瓜果类蔬菜(限于表皮部分)。用量为对羟基苯甲酸的1.4倍。
