合成制备方法


 可由间甲酚经亚硝化和氧化成3-甲基-4-硝基苯酚,再和二甲基硫代磷酰氯作用而制得

用途


 药效和对硫磷相近,但对人畜的毒性,大约仅为对硫磷的百分之一,具有高效低素养的特点。杀虫范围广,对刺吸口器、咀嚼口器和蛀食性害虫都有较强的触杀和胃毒作用。一般配成粉剂和乳剂。对杀灭水稻二化螟和三化螟虫有优越的性能,对防治水稻叶蝉、稻飞虱、线虫、粘虫、棉蚜虫、棉红铃虫、油茶绵介壳虫、梨小食心虫、甘薯小象甲虫、松毛虫等也有良好的效果。
