制备方法


将对硝基苯胺(红色基GG)加热溶于盐酸介质中,降温至0-5℃,快速地加入亚硝酸钠水溶液进行重氮化反应,生成透明的重氮盐溶液,加入到2-萘酚的碱性溶液中,在弱碱性介质(pH=8-8.5)中,进行偶合反应,加热升温至85℃,过滤,水洗,干燥。

用途简介


该颜料俗称为对位红,给出暗棕红色,与同类偶氮颜料品种相比其耐溶剂性低劣、耐光牢度差,在自干漆中耐光仅有5级,加入少量钛白粉的冲淡色,其耐光牢度进一步明显降低,而且对酸/碱、肥皂等敏感,主要应用于低成本的印刷油墨及美术着色。
