将胱氨酸溶于稀盐酸,滴加溴,反应液温度升到60℃左右。使反应液在减压下蒸发,将剩余物溶于蒸馏水中,滤去不溶物。滤液浓缩后冷却结晶,过滤,用乙醇洗涤滤饼,干燥,得L-磺基丙氨酸,产率81-90%
