制备方法


1. 2',2,4-三氯苯乙酮的制备14.7g间二氯苯与16.7g无水三氯化铝混合后,在搅拌下滴加12.6g氯乙酰氯。滴毕反应3h,水解、过滤、水洗、干燥后得粗品,用乙醇重结晶,收率83.7%。 2. 1-氯甲基-2,4-二氯苯甲醇的制备将上步产物66.7g和无水甲醇混合,搅拌溶解。在冰水浴冷却下,分批加入硼氢化钠,加毕继续反应5min,加30mL水,再搅拌10min。蒸出甲醇,稀盐酸中和,过滤,干燥后得产品6.3g,收率93%。 3. 1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-羟基乙基]-1H-咪唑的制备将2步产物1.0g、咪唑0.3g、有机胺0.2g、粉状氢氧化钠0.2g、有机溶剂5.5mL混合后,于70℃搅拌反应4h,冷却,加水30mL,过滤、干燥后得1g固体产物,收率87%。 4.抑霉唑的合成将3步产物0.5g、氯丙烯0.24g、粉状氢氧化钠0.1g、有机胺0.1g、有机溶剂5mL,搅拌反应24g,加入水、乙醚萃取,水洗至中性,干燥,脱溶得0.5g液体,收率86.5%。 制备方法二

合成制备方法

4.抑霉唑的合成将3步产物0.5g、氯丙烯0.24g、粉状氢氧化钠0.1g、有机胺0.1g、有机溶剂5mL,搅拌反应24g,加入水、乙醚萃取,水洗至中性,干燥,脱溶得0.5g液体,收率86.5%。

用途


抑霉唑是一种抗菌谱较广的内吸性杀菌剂,对侵袭水果、谷物、蔬菜和观赏植物的许多真菌病害有防效。尤其是柑橘、香蕉和其他水果经喷洒、浸渍能防治收获后的腐烂,对长蠕孢属、镰孢属、壳针孢属和核果褐锈病等有高效,对抗多菌灵的青霉菌品系有高的防效。使用剂量:拌种时,每100kg种子使用有效成分4~5g;收获后水果,每吨用2~4g有效成分处理;对蔬菜用每100L含有效成分5~30g药液处理。
