用途简介


该品与盐酸成盐,制成苯海拉明盐酸盐,是《国家基本药物》中选列的抗组织胺类药的一种。能降低组织对机体的反应,消除各种过敏症状,具有较强的中枢神经抑制作用和轻度的镇静及镇吐作用。用于荨麻疹、枯草热、血管神经性水肿、血清病、接触性皮炎、过敏性结膜炎。可防止晕动病,如晕船、晕车、孕期呕吐和震颤性麻痹等。
