合成制备方法


1 50~100mg Pr2O3放在镍反应室的小铂舟里,通入干燥N2以赶掉空气和水蒸气,接着慢慢通入ClF3,室温下进行反应。反应完成后,通入N2清除未反应的ClF3。以高价氧化物Pr6O11、PrO2进行上述反应也产生PrF3。

2硝酸镨盐溶于95%乙酸中,慢慢加入40%氢氟酸直到沉淀完全。

用途


   光学镀膜、光纤掺杂、激光晶体、单晶原料、激光放大器、催化助剂等
