制备方法


四碘化硅的制备装置装置同制备三氯甲硅烷,在600℃使溴蒸气与硅反应制得。将硅装在反应管内,用除氧并充分干燥的氮气对系统进行置换,然后加热至600℃。将已提纯并干燥的氮气通入加热到50℃的溴中,为溴蒸气所饱和,然后送入反应管内与硅进行反应。对反应产物进行分馏提纯,可得到无色液体。如必要,可加汞提纯。
