制备方法


染料中间体。

合成制备方法


由萘磺化而得。将20%发烟硫酸约500kg加入磺化锅内,在搅拌下于1.5h内将精萘细粉210kg缓缓投入,控制温度25-30℃,搅拌半小时。升温至40℃,保温1h,反应至取物料能全溶于为止。降温至20℃以下,在10h内先慢后快地加入1700-1720kg20%发硫酸,温度仍控制在25-30℃。加毕,搅拌4h。将反应物放入20%的氯化钠中,冷却,过滤。滤饼溶于热水中,用氢氧化钠溶液调至中性,过滤,干燥而得1,5-萘二磺酸。
