我国由河北省正定县土壤中分离出的天蓝淡红色放线菌正定变种(Str.Coeruleorubidusuar.Zhengding)培养液提出的抗生素,与国外报道的柔红霉素是同类的物质。上述菌种在发酵过程中产生柔红霉素A,B二种组分,A为有效成分,约占30%左右。B组分的毒性比A组分大近100倍。采用氯仿等溶媒萃取,通过提炼将B组分除去
