用途简介


四乙烯基锡 (式1) 在有机合成中主要被用作带有乙烯官能团化合物和试剂的前体化合物,并发生亲核反应在底物子中引入乙烯基。一般来讲,四乙烯基锡发生的亲核反应是在有机锂试剂的帮助下进行的,或者说四乙烯基锡首先与有机锂试剂发生交换生成乙烯基锂后再发生亲核反应。在类似的条件下,四乙烯基锡与醛酮反应生成亲核加成产物 (式2);与α,β-不饱和羰基化合物反应生成1,4-加成产物 (式3);与环氧反应生成开环产物 (式4)。四乙烯基锡发生的另一类重要反应是在金属钯催化剂的存在下与sp2 碳原子上的卤原子或者氟磺酸酯发生偶联反应。多种类型的钯催化剂均可用于该反应,在芳环上方便地引入乙烯基 (式5)。四乙烯基锡与具有活性氢原子的酚在铜催化剂的存在下生成乙烯基醚产物是一个非常有意义的结果。该反应对氧气的需要是必须的,而且四乙烯基锡中的四个乙烯基似乎只有一个参与了反应 (式6)。
